In 30 minutes, we can identify where your organization is experiencing the most friction and which engagement model makes the most sense for your goals and budget. There's no obligation and no sales pressure, just an honest conversation about what your organization needs.
Q2: How long does a typical engagement last? It depends entirely on the scope and the service. Workshops are typically one to two days. Structured programs run sixty to ninety days with multiple touchpoints built in. Partnership engagements are ongoing and scoped individually. We'll discuss timeline in detail during the discovery call based on your specific situation and goals.
Q3: Do you work with organizations outside of Maryland? Absolutely. While Center Point is based in Frederick, Maryland, we partner with organizations nationally. Most of our engagements combine in-person sessions with virtual touchpoints to maximize flexibility without sacrificing impact.
